Serdar Cami, (Şah İsmail Cami) Ermenistan'ın Erivan şehrinde bulunan camidir. Kale Cami veya Eski Cami adı ile adlandırılan bu cami Erivan'daki camilerin en eskisidir. Caminin yapımı Şah İsmail'in emri ile onun veziri Revankulu Han'ın Erivan kalesi'ne yapılmıştır. 1510 yılında yapılmış olan cami, 1589 yılında Osmanlı Devleti tarafından yeniden tamir edilmiştir.
Erivan Kalesi içerisinde ve Serdar Sarayı yakınlarında bulunduğu için Serdar Cami olarak adlandırılır.
1918 yılında, Ermeniler Erivan'ın Müslüman ahalisini camiye dolurarak camiyi yakmışlardır.
